Bring gear to Brannoc or a Reforging Anvil and roll for a better rarity. It never gets worse, and Mythic is rare.
Class and weapon talent trees with their own screen: drag, zoom, and spend points as you level up.
Gear for Vesk's monster hunters: blackened iron, worn leather and trophies of bone, with crimson runes that glow. Wear all six and the runes pulse together, and your name burns crimson over your head.
A storm out of a clear sky broke your ship, and the sea left you on a small island off a coast no chart shows. You have nothing, and you remember less: not your tools, not your craft, not even how to light a fire. On the beach an old man keeps one burning. He calls himself the Wayfinder, and he has been waiting for castaways like you.
A fishing village lives round the bay. Old Tom fishes off the jetty, Corwin buys your catch, Halvard the boatwright trades in timber and flint, and Kestrel hands out your first hunting task. Knap flint, carve your first tools, earn your first coins, and gather the pages of the captain's log the tide brings in. Tobin the deckhand made it too.
When you're ready, the ferry jetty takes you across the water to Landfall, a town of castaways who stayed: Brannoc at the forge, Wren with food and rope, Aldous in his tower, and Vesk paying for monsters.
This world once knew everything: iron and gold, the Nether's fire, the void past the End. It built faster than the land could bear, and broke. The few who were left sealed every age away, to be learned again by someone who earns it. That road is the Path. Learn enough, bring down each seal's guardians, and the next age opens.
